I had a wonderful Taman Merah Glow therapy treatment from Tri, the spa’s therapist, and was feeling a bit over stimulated and out of sorts from work yet the gentle treatment put me back in my body and made me feel myself again. When I first entered the luxury steam room, the heat instantly sped up my circulation and body cell metabolism, causing an immediate relaxation before the massage started.

For the next 30 minutes, Tri’s assuring fingers had already danced gently on my fatigued body, creating a deep relaxing massage for sixty minutes accompanied by the lovely smell of the aromatherapy oil. Taman Merah Spa will not only make you feel better, but also will make your skin feel soft and glow with a mesmerizing radiant shine. After the relaxing massage, I had the carrot scrub for thirty minutes, making my skin feel soft like a baby. Then, to make my skin glow even more, Tri covered me with a Papaya polish for thirty minutes before eventually jumping into the Jacuzzi for another thirty minutes with aromatherapy essential oil which once again, relaxed and balanced my mind and spirit.

Taman Merah Spa is open daily from 9am until late and is located in the Seminyak district directly across the road from Venue @ The Moon, just a few minutes from Bali Island Villas. If you’re a spa person, Taman Merah Spa offers a high-level spa experience. But beyond that, just being in such a beautiful place feels like 24-hour spa event.
